Researchers of the IberLAND project, Manuel Bastias Saavedra and Camilla de Freitas Macedo, are organizing a Special Issue in the Revista de Direito Público (Brazil), looking at questions of ownership beyond the private/public dichotomy. The Call for Papers is open now, until January 15, 2024.
The call was thought for Brazil, but it welcomes contributions from any part of the Iberian world. The Special Issue is slated to appear in 2024.
