On June 1st 2025, Marlen Donají Palma Silva joined the IberLAND team as a postdoctoral researcher. She will be part of the project for its remaining duration.
We’re very happy to welcome her to the team. Her research will address social structures and nobility among indigenous communities in Mexico and their role in shaping territorial configurations during the colonial period, with particular attention to local nderstandings of land, power, and social organization.
